Program Description
Learn the art of practical self-defense, at the same time you improve fitness and endurance. Their training program is highly personalized. You will develop discipline. Kids will learn to defend against attacks by strangers or bullies at school. State of the art gym, complete with weights and mat. Certified World Jun Fan - Jeet Kune Do Federation Instructors. They offer private classes, individual group school for beginners as well as professional fighters.
Class Schedule:
Ages 8 - 16 years old: Monday - Friday 5:30PM - 6:30PM
Ages 17 - 80 years old: Monday - Friday 6:30PM - 7:30PM

Drop - In Class: $15.00
Trial Class: $10.00
One Month: One Class Per Week $45.00
$20.00 Registration Fee will be collected on the first class, which includes a free t-shirt.
