Program Description
Leadership Development Course at Red Rock Fencing Center caters to all corporations and businesses alike. This 2-hour course gives a fresh and exciting new perspective to working together towards a common goal. Now you get to see what it feels like to pit steel against flesh...so to speak.
Here inside the fencing center, you will experience what it might have felt like hundreds of years ago when you had to accomplish a winning strategy in order to win on the battlefield. Every business has a battlefield and knowing how to use and arm yourself with new and sometimes unfamiliar weapons within a short amount of time, can sometimes mean the difference of winning or losing.
Leadership Development Course helps all executives and employees alike on how to overcome a given task, learning to use the epee, during the first hour. Then, in the last hour, you will take what you have learned and fence in a real electrical tournament on teams against each other. Each group receives a glossy 8 x 10 framed photo and the winners receive gold medals. Free bottles of water are supplied during the whole course. All fencing gear is supplied. Must wear long pants and athletic shoes.
Course times and days are set up through the front desk.
Cost is $250.00 for a minimum of 8 persons per group, and maximum is 16 people.
