Program Description

The course includes three classes per month (one class per week) for an hour and a half long, where Red Rock Fencing Center introduce/instruct you in all three weapons. A different weapon is taught each class day. You are then able to practice/fence/play with each weapon that was taught that day at the end of each class. One of these blades will light up your fancy because your personality will closely resemble one of the blade styles it takes to wield it properly. This class is geared to show you which blade you prefer to learn. You may start any Monday of each month. This is an ongoing class so you may start during any Monday you wish, and you can also skip some Mondays if your schedule demands it and you can come back to finish up later. So sign up early.

Red Rock Fencing Center features state of the art competition scoring machines; ergonomic flooring and the latest camera set ups including slow motion replays for tournament and private lesson uses. Red Rock Fencing Center is known for the family atmosphere and open friendliness all members give to each other and all new comers. They offer an intense workout program for those who need it for high level results.

Red Rock Fencing Center is under the direction of our Head Coach & Fencing Master Frank Van Dyke, 5-Time World Cup Finalist, multiple time Nevada Champion in all three weapons and 2010 United Fencing Federation Coach of the Year.

You will need to bring sneakers, no sandals, long pants (jeans are OK), t-shirt and a water bottle. Red Rock Fencing Center provides all necessary fencing equipment and fencing blades.
