Program Description

Brill Music Academy recommends students begin vocal lessons at age 10 or older. Due to the physical nature of voice lessons (proper breathing techniques, development of the vocal chords and lung capacity), the younger body is generally not yet ready for the rigors of vocal training.

Lessons are either 30 or 60 minutes. They normally are offered once a week. Brill Music Academy is open Monday - Friday from 2:00PM - 8:00PM, and on Saturday from 9:00AM - 2:00PM. The rates are the same regardless of instrument or voice. 30 minute lessons are $115.00 per month, and 60 minute lessons are $230.00 per month. There is also a registration fee of $25.00 per student that will be collected on the first lesson.

Whether you want to sing the blues, groove to the soulful sounds of smooth R & B beat, write a concerto, pick and grin to some Kentucky Blue Grass, be-bop to your favorite jazz standards or just bang your head to some good ol' rock n' roll, the Brill Music Academy can help achieve your musical goals.

At the Brill Music Academy, they focus solely on music education. They offer a family-oriented atmosphere with one-on-one private music lessons on practically all instruments and voice. Brill Music Academy's curriculum includes technique, theory, ear training, sight reading, and improvisational skills. They have an extremely talented and friendly staff of well-educated teachers who are professional musicians. They believe a strong bond between student and teacher is imperative to the learning process. Brill's music instructors are absolutely the best.
