Program Description

Iyengar Yoga is meant to be experienced by people of all ages and abilities. Iyengar Yoga teachers are highly trained and are able to meet the individual needs of the students within the class setting. So that the student can advance in their practice and experience the benefits of yoga. Iyegnar Yoga is especially suited to help a woman have a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery.

Classes at B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Center are taught in the systematic manner outlined by world-renowned yoga master and teacher. B.K.S. Iyengar by highly trained and professional teachers. Whether you've never done yoga, or are an experienced practitioner of yoga, and you want to learn the postures safely and correctly, the B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Center of Las Vegas, is the place to be. Students will experience how the postures build strength, stamina, and flexibility. Techniques for stress relief and relaxation are also taught. Students will gain the confidence and knowledge necessary to continue practicing yoga at home and at a studio.
