This class is designed for people who are beginning to practice yoga with little or no experience . It will cultivate strength, energy, flexibility and balance whilst stimulating a sense of inner peace and increased awareness of how your body moves.You will improve your self-confidence, focus, intellect, fitness, calmness and creativity, while also reducing stress.Pricing:

Dress in cool comfortable clothes, such as sports bra, tank top, swimwear, running shorts. Avoid sweats, capri pants, heavy t-shirts. No shoes or socks.
Drink Plenty of water before you come to class, so you are hydrated. Come with an empty stomach - wait at least 2 hours of a meal before attending class.
Child care is available for $1.00 through Adventure World Academy adjacent to the studio in studio 103.
