Customized personal training workout exclusively designed to give you the best shape in the shortest amount of time. First an extensive one on one consultation with you regarding your past and current health & medical history so together we can develop a program specifically just for you. Training sessions include a full body workout routine each and every time so your total body gets in shape from head to toe all at the same time.
Vincent Brown strictly focus on building a lean, firm, symmetrical figure in the following areas through using the Vincerise Workout Program that covers hips, thighs, abs, gluts and arms. 3 - 5 Sessions per week, extra 2 sessions included in price at no cost. No make-up classes.
The Vincercise workout fitness program is a culmination of 25 years of doing fitness exercises that include aerobics, kickboxing/boxing, yoga, strength training, free weights, pilates, and numerous stretches all in one workout. The fundamental aspect of training each body part separately has been incorporated in the Vincercise exercise system by using a wide array of cross training exercises mixed together. No matter what age, shape or fitness condition you're in, the Vincercise workout program can get you in the best shape you can be!
Down Town Vinny Brown has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years as a world class athlete in the sport of boxing and exercise fitness. He started out as an aerobics instructor in 1980, moved on to win several titles at the Olympic Boxing Trials and has been a personal trainer at several gyms throughout the US.
