Unique and excellent workout that's fun and really works - try it and you'll like it! Review by George
Price Facility Service I joined Fit Body Bootcamp in September of 2010 and could not be happier with the results I have seen thus far. While my diet is still sometimes out of control I have lost nearly 40 pounds and my waist size has dropped from a size 42 to a size 34. But even better is that I think that Fit Body Bootcamp has given me my life back as I know have far more energy than before and I simply “feel” better than I have in years.
After trying about everything to get back in the shape I was in when I was 20 I think I've finally found the secret. In my opinion the investment I made in the indoor FitBody Bootcamp is one of the best investments I have ever made in my life.
My reasons;
1) The workouts are incredibly focused, highly effective, and work all parts of your body in only 50 minutes a day five days a week. In the last 20 years I have tried a variety of spurts of multi-hour workouts in a variety of health clubs, personal trainers, or in-home stuff that all-in-all did very little or nothing to change my overall health and shape. Unlike these workouts were I would eventually quit due to either the time commitment and/or lack of results I really feel like this is something I can really do and continue over the long-term.
2) Both Justin and Miles do a great job of tailoring the workout according to what you can really accomplish. Thus even in the begining when doing even a real single push-up, jump-squat, or sit-up was simply not possible for me at 260 plus pounds I was able to make it through the workout with modified exercises to do what I could do.
3) I’d like to say the workouts are easy but in reality they are really hard! You will find yourself working muscles you didn’t even know you had. But one of the greatest things is that I quickly became friends with all of my other fellow boot campers and the workouts became really fun as everyone else is struggling though it with you! The workouts are kind of like the P90X type programs except that in an indoor class atmosphere like this with very dedicated trainers it’s a workout you will really accomplish (I bought the P90X DVDs but they are still in a box somewhere!).
4) The workouts are always different and thus very interesting. Even after nearly 4 months now I can’t remember any two days being identical. It seems like we are always doing different exercises in different durations or orders. While there are some things that I’m sure we will do every day I think changing the routines this frequently makes the workouts far more fun and effective.
5) While I now love the boot-camp model and think it’s a much better alternative that very expensive personal trainers or ineffective health club memberships or do-it-yourself DVDs - I think the indoor model is by far the way to go. I can’t imagine doing these types of workouts in the 110 degree heat or 40 degree cold extremes of Las Vegas weather.
6) Both Justin and Miles really care about your personal results. If I miss a class I know I’ll have a text or voice-message asking me why and making sure I make the next one. They strive over and over that the diet is 80-85% of the overall results and they give you a book to track what you eat and try to help you make better diet choices. I really feel that an incredible debt of gratitude to both of these guys as I know they really do care about my personal results.
7) The most important reason is that these workouts really work. In 50 minutes a day 5 days a week you can completely change your life and your health. I’ve made tremendous progress already even with a pretty poor diet. In the next 4 months I am going to finally listen to Justin and Miles about my diet and try and fix that as well and I cant wait to see what happens!

Great Cardio/Core Excersise Program Review by Joe Vegas
Price Facility Service Just finished my first week and I feel great (and sore) but it is well worth it. Our trainer Miles pushes us to do our best without feeling like we need to be on the same level as everyone else in the class. Each workout has been different and targeted different areas of my body. I can definitely say working out with a group pushes you to do better than you would on your own at the gym. I've been doing the 8:45am class since I'm a late riser but it definitely makes the day go by faster. (Posted on 12/3/10)

Facility Service Price This is an intense, awesome and fun workout. I am pushing myself much harder than when I go to the gym by myself. Justin works with everyone on an individual basis during the one-hour class and I leave both tired and ready to start my day. It sounds weird, but come check it out and you will see. Bootcamp Class Review by Mini_Vegas
Price Facility Service If you're looking for a work out that literally works every muscle in your body then this class is for you. So far I am two weeks in and am completely addicted to this class. It works muscles I have had problems toning on a treadmill or with weight machines. I am taking the morning class and even though it's hard work I still have energy throughout the day. In addition to the work out the instructor also provides tips on what type of foods to each and how much, which is great. I would highly recommend adding this class to your work out routine. Price Facility Service I just started the program but it is a great workout. The cycles are intense, but you can go at your own speed. Justin the instructor was motivating but not intrusive.
