Program Description

A traditional Jazz class for beginning adults that includes a warm-up, moves across the floor, combination, and terminology instruction. The dance combination is repeated over a period of time in order to perfect the steps, and achieve a feeling of personal performing success.

About THE STAGE:

The Stage is a professional dance and fitness studio that gives you the opportunity to take dance lessons from Broadway Stars. Performing in shows such as, Phantom of the Opera, Cirque Du Soleil Mystere, The Beatles: Love, The Lion King, and Criss Angel's Believe, the instructors have the experience, knowledge, and passion to inspire men, women and children to move their bodies. Teachers at The Stage are positive, energetic, motivating, and supportive in their approach to transforming you into a dancer. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve posture, move like a professional dancer, hone your skills, or just to have fun, the goal is to make sure that your expectations are exceeded!

The Stage offers classes in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Hip-Hip, Zumba, African Fusion, Body Percussion, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Floor Barre, Cardio Dance Classes, Musical Theater, and Showgirl instruction. They also have monthly classes and free performances. With 5,000 square feet of newly renovated space to dance, leap, and twirl. The Stage is the place to be!
