Program Description
This series class is designed for kids. They will learn how to read a recipe, prepare and cook delicious and healthy dishes with emphasis on nutrition and food science. In this 4 day series course the kids will be exposed to working in the kitchen. We will cover basic kitchen techniques, measuring, how to read a recipe, how to plan a menu, basic etiquette, how to set a table, proper serving techniques as well as learn how to prepare a simple menu.
